How do you ship items to me?

All items are shipped to your home or business via ground service in specially designed boxes that ensure the safe arrival of your purchase. Standard ground shipping is free for framed items, including but not limited to ready-to-ship and custom framed art prints, canvas prints, mirrors, and all outlet items.


What are shipping rates?

Our shipping rates are simple, standard ground shipping is free for order over $50. Shipping charge is $9.99 for order less than $49.99.

  • Alaska & Hawaii: Priority mail for unframed items and standard ground for framed item and incur additional shipping charges, but free shipping for order over $100.
  • Canada: All orders sent to Canada incur additional shipping charges, but free shipping for order over $100.

  • Can I get faster shipping?

    If you want an order delivered faster at additional cost, please contact us for quotation.


    Do you ship to US Military APO/FPO boxes?

    We can ship a variety of art items to US Military APO/FPO boxes. The maximum outer frame size for items we can ship is 33.25" x 27".



    International Orders

    We ship unframed items to many countries around the world. Please contact us for shipping option.

    All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer, and must be paid at the time of delivery.

    If you have questions about our international shipping policies, please contact our Customer Service department.



    Canada Orders

    All framed items are shipped with standard ground service, unframed items are shipped with priority mail.

    Transit time for shipping to Canadian addresses usually takes between 5 and 7 days.


    Gift certificates are not available for redemption by Canadian customers.


    All prices are stated in US dollars.



    What if my order arrives damaged or is incorrect?

    In the very unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we will, of course, immediately remake and ship a replacement to you at no charge.     How to return the item?

    You can return an item within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

    • Call our customer service at 866-996-9278 (Monday through Friday 9—5, Pacific Time) for a return merchandise authorization number (RMA) and packing instructions to prevent breakage.
    • You must use the original packing materials and write the RMA on the return label. (Please note: If you use tape to secure the art, please be sure it does not touch the acrylic glazing.)
    • Our money-back guarantee covers the full purchase price for your print but does not include any additional shipping costs.
    • You pay for return shipping.
    • All returned packaged must be insured or you will be responsible for the damage.
